Baimai Springs in Zhangqiu, where a hundred springs emerge

Baimai Springs, named for the 'hundred springs emerging', is the crown of the Ming Shui springs, the source of the Xiujiang River, and one of the seventy-two famous springs in Jinan. Baimai Springs Park, located on the banks of Baimai Springs and Ming Shui Lake in Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, Shandong Province. The total area is 25 hectares, and it was established in 1986. Travel 50 kilometers east from Jinan, or 51 kilometers west from Zibo, to reach Ming Shui. Because of the clear mountains and water, and the gathering of many springs, Ming Shui has the reputation of 'Little Spring City'. The park has more than ten famous springs such as Baimai Springs, Mo Springs, Plum Blossom Springs, and Suyu Springs, making it a unique spring park in northern China. Baimai Springs, one of the seventy-two famous springs in Jinan, is on par with Baotu Springs. It was once said: 'All the springs under Mount Tai, all emerge from the ground, with Baotu in the west as the leader, and Baimai in the east as the crown.' 'Baimai cold spring pearls roll', ranked first among the eight scenic spots in Zhangqiu, is a unique spring park in northern China. Baimai Springs Park, due to its geographical advantage, has a children's playground, famous spring water view area, garden landscape tree area, quiet study area, dense forest walking area, Longquan Temple, and Qingzhao Garden.
