During my trip to Yangxian Tea Plantation, I made a special reservation at the popular "Treehouse Lodge," and it truly lived up to its reputation! Nestled beside Longbei Mountain Forest Park, this wooden lodge feels like stepping into a fairytale as soon as you open the door. The most stunning feature is the entirely wooden main house. The scent of natural wood fills the air, and the ceiling retains its rustic wooden beam structure. Sunlight streams through the skylight, creating a soothing ambiance. The rooftop terrace is particularly unique—at dawn, you can admire the misty tea fields, and at night, it transforms into a stargazing platform where you can see the Milky Way with the naked eye! The rooms maintain the rugged charm of a traditional wooden cabin, yet the beds are surprisingly comfortable. Amenities include boutique hotel-grade citrus-scented toiletries. The lodge owner personally guided us through a tea-picking experience, and we enjoyed freshly brewed Yixing black tea paired with homemade osmanthus cakes—an unforgettable treat. A hidden gem in the communal area is the fireplace library. Picking a book and reading by the warm hearth while listening to the sound of wind rustling through the treetops instantly washes away urban stress.
