Since it hasn't been promoted yet, you can take pretty pictures without worrying about what other people think.. :) Free parking! Free admission! You can see yellow cosmos, dwarf cosmos, and even a water tunnel. It's a great place to go with children or the elderly :)! There's even a bathroom..?
