However, upon closer inspection, you will find that these so-called "white sands" are actually composed of uneven sand blocks of different sizes. According to records, these sand blocks are "red algae masses" formed by the long-term weathering and deposition of red algae plants in the sea. In Asia, only Jeju Island has this unique landscape.
