(You can even use it after checking out🙆‍♀️) Each dish is carefully prepared, and what impressed me was that even the parts that we tend to leave behind, such as "bones" and "seeds", are removed (or cooked in a way that makes them edible) and served‼ ️ As someone who is not good at eating fish beautifully except for the bones, I was very impressed that they deep-fried the whole kinmedai and then cooked it with a thick sauce.
