Shuzenji Niji no Sato is one of Izu's largest forests of autumn leaves, offering the latest autumn foliage change in the country. 🍁 The approximately 1,000 maple trees that make the most of the 1-hectare hillside leading to Takumi Village, lined with traditional thatched-roof houses, are a grove of trees. In Canada Village and Fairy Garden, the bald cypresses and American lilies turn golden yellow, creating a scene reminiscent of a scene from a foreign film.
