Turkey,Istanbul very interesting city

Where to go if you only have 6 hours in Istanbul Turkey? Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque-The mosque itself is gorgeous inside and quite impressive from the outside as well.Hagia Sophia is open throughout the year. The mosque is closed for non-worshippers during prayer times and the noon prayers on Fridays.. The Blue Mosque, It is also known as Sultan Ahmed Mosque, was built by Sultan Ahmed I to reassert Ottoman power and display his devotion to Islam. It was also intended to surpass the grandeur of the nearby Hagia Sophia, which was a Byzantine church later converted to a mosque. The mosque's construction, completed in 1616, served as a symbol of Ottoman architectural prowess and a place of worship for Muslims. The general opening hours are 8:30 AM to one hour before dusk (winter: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, summer: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM). It is also closed every Friday morning until 2:30 PM for Jumu'ah prayer. The Grand Bazaar It is an experience which included the opportunity to immerse yourself in a historical and cultural setting, shop for unique souvenirs, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The best time to visit the Grand Bazaar is early in the morning or late in the afternoon to avoid the midday crowds. Try street foods in Instanbul: Istanbul offers a vibrant street food scene with a wide array of delicious and affordable options. Popular choices include simit (sesame-covered bread rings), döner kebab (thinly sliced meat served in bread or on a plate), and balik ekmek (fish sandwiches near the Galata Bridge). Other favorites include kumpir (baked potato with various toppings), çiğ köfte (raw meatball mixture, often served vegan now), and gözleme (stuffed flatbread). You can also find midye dolma (stuffed mussels), kokoreç (grilled lamb intestines), and various kebabs like adana and urfa.
