Last month, I traveled to Istanbul and stayed in the Beyoğlu district for a few days at the Divan Istanbul Hotel. Located near Taksim Square, the hotel is just a 500m walk from the Taksim subway station, making it incredibly convenient. There are many famous attractions nearby, such as The Ritz-Carlton Spa and Marti Istanbul Spa & Wellness Center, perfect for those looking to relax and unwind. The hotel's location is truly excellent, with easy access to transportation. The decor is modern with an exotic touch, and the front desk service is both welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The piano music in the lobby adds a touch of elegance. The hotel's facilities are also comprehensive, including a swimming pool, spa, and gym, meeting all your accommodation needs. My room was very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Upon entering, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern amenities, including an ironing board, safe, and other essential items. The bathroom was also luxurious, equipped with slippers, a hairdryer, and other conveniences, ensuring a comfortable stay. Even the room service was attentive and thoughtful. There are also many excellent restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the Beef Kebab at Matbah Ottoman Palace Cuisine—it's absolutely delicious! If you prefer Western food, Alancha Istanbul and Cukur Meyhane are also worth trying. Within walking distance of the hotel, you'll find the Istanbul Museum of Modern Art and the Galata Tower, both must-see attractions! Of course, every place has its minor drawbacks. The Wi-Fi at the Divan Istanbul Hotel comes at a cost—€5 per hour or €15 per day—which can be a bit inconvenient for those who rely heavily on internet access. Also, engine noise from outside can be a bit disruptive at times. However, overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. In conclusion, the Divan Istanbul Hotel is truly an unmissable accommodation choice. With its prime location, comprehensive facilities, and attentive service, I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul.
