The majestic Amazon and its indigenous people

I went on a tour of the Peruvian Amazon. We ventured into the Amazon River, visited an indigenous village, ate local food, and met jungle animals and river dolphins. It was a packed two-day, one-night trip. I didn't speak Spanish, but my tour mates were friendly and I had a great time. Apparently, the indigenous people still hunt with blowguns made only from materials found in the jungle, which was also very interesting. I'm so glad I got to go to the Amazon, which was my dream. #TravelingWithMe
