This time, I skipped the usual tau fu fah and went for something different: soya with cincau (grass jelly). It was exactly what I needed – super refreshing under the afternoon heat. The soya milk was silky-smooth with just the right amount of sweetness, and the cincau added that lovely herbal note and soft, bouncy texture. It’s simple, nostalgic, and really satisfying. There’s no place to sit, so I just enjoyed it by the roadside like many others. A quick pit stop that’s well worth it if you’re in Ipoh!
