The immortal curry rice

Ipoh Yongquan Tea House is a cross-century tea restaurant that is full of human touch and integrates Malaysian ethnic characteristics. The teahouse is run by descendants of Chinese, while the curry rice is co-operated by descendants of Indians. Even after lunch time, the teahouse was still packed with guests. As soon as I walked into the teahouse arcade, I could already smell the rich aroma of spicy spices. The Indian staff, dressed in bright yellow uniforms, warmly entertained us and kept introducing various curries with different flavors, including curry chicken, curry fish, curry squid, curry lamb and many other options. It was only when I came here that I discovered that there are so many ways to cook curry, and that different proteins need to be cooked with different spices. It was like I was taking a spice voyage during the Age of Discovery. The drinks are prepared by a Chinese tea master, who is a veteran employee of TransWorld and is an expert at making delicious coffee!
