Slgihtly pricey but good food

Great spot for a breakfast, and a nice area to sit out on the street on a nice day. We had the pancakes and salmon eggs benedict. Both were very good, although I wished the benedict came with more than 1 egg, the coffee was brilliant. Staff was super friendly and the space inside was also nice. Pricewise, it can feel slightly expensive. Perhaps if they improve the portions, it would be more satisfying. But the food tastes pretty good.
