The store opens at 8:00, and when I arrived at around 8:15, there were about three types of bagels ready. They said they would be ready by 9:00. I ordered walnut cranberry and triple cheese, and the dough baked in the oven in the store was crispy and fragrant on the outside and chewy the more I chewed it. Because it is baked in an oven, there are individual differences in the browning, but I definitely preferred this to the plump and fluffy texture of LONDON BAGEL MUSEUM. I also ordered a sandwich as a refill. The plain bagel, which brings out the flavor of the ham and cheese filling, is also good.
