Randomly found a delicious restaurant, Tori Soba, in Ikeda.

Tori Soba - Ikeda ✨ It is said that every restaurant in Japan is delicious if you go to them at random. It must be true. This is a handmade soba restaurant where the noodles are made fresh right in front of you. 📝 We also happened to find this restaurant after finishing the cup noodle workshop at the CUP NOODLES MUSEUM. We thought we wanted something to eat before taking the train. When we got closer to the train station, we found this place. 💵 In front of the restaurant, there is a vending machine to order food. The menu is soup/dry soba with a variety of toppings. The menu is in Japanese, so we had to stand and translate for a long time. We put money in and pressed the order button. Then we got a list and gave it to the staff to take us to a table in the restaurant. 🍜 The menu we ordered was soup soba topped with egg yolk. The other dish was dry soba. The dry noodles were thicker and chewier. The sauce that the noodles were dipped in was white. The flavor was like a rich stock that was made richer with sesame and egg. Slightly salty, sweet and smooth / As for the hot soba, the soup is light and just right. I guess the pork that was given was smoked because it was very fragrant. I've never eaten soba soup with raw eggs before, but I found that it went well together. Another dish that we ordered was the fried chicken Karaage, which was fried hot and crispy, but a little salty.
