The team on the ground was very accommodating and made the experience as memorable as possible. At the end of our 12-minute ride, we had the option to purchase a video of our experience. While longer trips are available, the 12-minute ride was enough for us to get a sensational view of the falls from the heavens. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Victoria Falls!
