[About the bookstore] In a corner of white mist, the golden house suddenly descended, Vanguard Huize White Fog Bookstore has officially opened on May 24, 2025! This is not only the first new work by architect Lau Ka-kun to be open to the public since he won the 2025 Pritzker Prize, but also the 12th foothold of Vanguard on the country bookstore road. Pioneer Huize White Mist Bookstore was formerly a large granary used in the village. The former flat dam between the granaries was converted into a Poetry Garden, considering its original utility attributes, the Poetry Garden does not have a gateway and is open to the village 24 hours a day. Behind the highest book wall in the book area, there is a secret passage leading to the second floor, a semi-open reading space for the indispensable poetry of the vanguard awaits, and even more cleverly, where you can have a full view of the first floor. In the cafe, one by one portrait of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign poets as large or small as musical notes, several of which came from Mr. Qian Xiaohua's shooting, jumping and suspended.
