Tunxi is the main urban area of Huangshan City, named for its location at the confluence of three rivers: Xin'an River, Shuai River, and Heng River. As its name suggests, this is a city of mountains and waters. Jiling Mountain is a natural ecological park that stands out as one of the few urban green spaces in the city, featuring excellent vegetation coverage and high negative ion levels, making it an ideal place for forest breathing. While vacationing near Tunxi Jiling Mountain, I discovered this natural park and felt compelled to share this hidden gem with everyone. 1. Admission: Jiling Mountain Park is a public green space currently open to visitors free of charge. Only the amusement area within the park charges fees based on individual attractions, which you can consider at your discretion. 2. Recommended visit duration: Although Jiling Mountain Park isn't very large, it offers an excellent environment, especially during this late spring to early summer season when the weather is moderate with no mosquitoes. Combined with its natural ecological environment and high negative ion levels, it's perfect for a slow-paced forest breathing trip. I recommend spending about 1 hour here, though fitness enthusiasts may want to stay for several hours. 3. Accommodation: Xishui Yunjian Resort Hotel is the only accommodation adjacent to Jiling Mountain Park, offering good value for money as it's located within the mountain area and is ideal for vacations. While there are other hotels in the surrounding area, none are as comfortable or convenient as this one. 4. Dining options: At the foot of Jiling Mountain, you'll find a commercial street with numerous restaurants, mostly featuring Hui cuisine, though there are also restaurants specializing in cuisines from other regions. 5. Nearby attractions: Around Jiling Mountain, you can visit Tunxi Old Street, Liyang In Lane, Sanjiangkou Wetland Park, Dai Zhen Park, and Tunxi Hui Cuisine Museum, among others. 6. Transportation: Jiling Mountain is quite accessible. From Huangshan North High-Speed Railway Station, take High-Speed Rail Express Line 2 to "District Social Security Service Hall" stop; from Huangshan Station on the Wan-Gan Railway, take Bus No. 9 to "Jinkun Yongjing Garden" stop; from Huangshan Tunxi International Airport, take Bus No. 219 to "Yiyun Hongjun" stop and transfer to Bus No. 31 to "District Social Security Service Center" stop; from Huangshan Bus Station, take High-Speed Rail Express Line 2 or Bus No. 12 to "District Social Security Service Center" stop.
