🌊 Dashibin Mountain Trail｜Hualien's most beautiful seawall wooden boardwalk, easy to climb to the top and see the sea

📍 Location Located in the Jiqi Seaside Recreation Area, Fengbin Township, Hualien County (38.5K on Provincial Highway 11), this hill is also known as "Guian Mountain" because it protrudes from the coast like a nose or a turtle's back. ⸻ 🚗 Transportation • Self-driving: Drive along Provincial Highway 11 to Jiqi Seaside, and navigate to "Da Shibi Mountain Trail" to arrive. The parking lot is free and has a public toilet. • Public transportation: You can take the sea line bus to Jingpu/Chenggong/Taitung at Hualien Station, get off at "Guian Station" or "Jiqi Beach Station", and walk about 1-2 minutes. ⸻ 📝 Personal experience This trail is not long, about 750-910 meters round trip, with sleepers and stone steps throughout, pavilions and mileage signs. It takes about 50 minutes to 1 hour to complete a circle, which is very easy and friendly. I chose to climb to the top on a sunny afternoon. The sea breeze gradually turned blue, and the photos taken by the pavilion were almost as beautiful as postcards. The most recommended photo spot is the wooden plank road in front of the second pavilion.
