Mirage Bar & Restaurant @miragehongkong 🔸 located in the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel in Wan Chai has recently launched a new themed afternoon tea! The restaurant offers a stunning view of the Victoria Harbour and has a stylish design. There are many large floor-to-ceiling windows to let the sun shine into the store. The sofa seats are spacious and the environment is very comfortable. Florte Afternoon Tea $248/person $488/2 persons This time, the hotel has teamed up with the high-end tea brand Florte @florte.official to design afternoon tea 🍽, which will be available from 3pm to 5:30pm from now until March 31st. Everyone should seize the opportunity. The menu includes 3 savoury dishes, 7 desserts and 2 waffles per person. Savoury dishes✨ include: Rose Strawberry Tuna Tartare, Honey Apricot Grilled Ham, Cheese and Cucumber Sandwich and Duck Liver Mousse with Berry Jam on Rye Bread. The savory ones taste good, the tartar is sweet, fragrant and crispy, while the duck liver has a rich flavor. Desserts✨ include: Earl Grey Chocolate Milk Cake, Panna Cotta with Rose Jelly, Pistachio Macaroon, Raspberry Chocolate Tart, Renaissance American Cheesecake and Passion Fruit Caramel Chocolate. The desserts are colorful and attractive in shape 😚, among which the pistachio macarons, raspberry chocolate tarts and Renaissance American cheesecake 🍰 are my favorites. The macarons are delicious and crispy with rich flavor. The raspberry chocolate tart 🍫 is brightly colored and very girly.
