One of Hong Kong’s most famous urban temples⛩️

One of Hong Kong’s most famous urban temples, Man Mo Temple sits on busy Hollywood Road in Sheung Wan, between trendy restaurants and old-school Chinese antique shops. With its double-eave, green tiled rooftop and courtyard layout, it’s an excellent example of Qing Dynasty architecture. One of 4 historical temples in Hong Kong, this one was built from 1847 to 1862. It is a very special place to visit, very beautiful and buzzing with people. Here you can see people actively honouring their ancesters, lighting up incense coils ans sticks in the proces.
