Now that China Coast Bar and Restaurant has reopened, I went there for happy hour as soon as possible. The bar's decoration remains basically unchanged, and it has a good sense of space. However, the quality of the drinks and food is average, and there are not enough staff. And probably because other restaurants had not yet reopened, there were not many customers that night.
