Dumplings🥟Large Shrimp larger than the average size Noodles are spicy, juicy, and nutty. The local specialty, red oil wonton, features juicy chicken thigh and crispy cartilage as the filling. The secret Sichuan Dandan sauce and springy, wavy noodles create an extraordinary flavor. 👉🏻 Korean Ginseng Free-Range Chicken Noodle Soup $88 A strong ginseng flavor. The chicken barbecue pork is actually chicken, but in barbecue pork form, not pork. The soft-boiled egg is organic, not just any egg 🥚. Exceptional. 👉🏻 Local Honey & Free-Range Egg Tart $9 You wouldn't know it without looking at the flyer, but it uses fresh eggs from local free-range chicken farms in Hong Kong. The egg batter is infused with authentic honey and is 100% Hong Kong-sourced 🇭🇰. The taste is truly unique. Give it a try! A flyer at the entrance announced: "KIN Noodles is the first noodle shop in Hong Kong to offer 100% recyclable packaging for every takeout order. The food containers are made from wheat, an agricultural byproduct, and are 100% biodegradable, reducing environmental pollution."
