【Tsim Sha Tsui】《Six Mansions》-Charming scenery and atmosphere

There are some new attempts and new challenges at work this year. Thank you to my boss for his appreciation. After all the employees passed the examination, they invited us to dine at the Sixth Mansion. Six Mansions is located on the waterfront of Tsim Sha Tsui, with a 270-degree view of the Victoria Harbour. The design is stylish and a bit ancient. Unfortunately, it was raining on the day of our visit and I couldn't enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Victoria Harbour. It was a bit disappointing. Longan Honey Grilled Spanish Black Pork Char Siu First, let's have the char siu to kick off the dinner. The char siu is evenly fatty and lean, and the edges are crispy and have a charred aroma. Yuen Yuen Shrimp Balls The shrimp balls are big and crispy, served with two sauces, mango salad and salted egg golden salad. They are delicious but not surprising. Smoked Chicken Bone Grass Young Pigeon The breast pigeon is very cigarette smoke, a bite of meat juice slowly flows, the meat is tender, every bite is very satisfying, is the most excellent and profound dish of the night. Typhoon shelter eggplant The eggplant is fried without oil and crispy, but the flavor is still a little worse than the big stalls outside. Matsutake seaweed and lamb's belly mushroom stew Mushrooms are a treasure among mushrooms, rich and flavourful, plus seaweed is more creamy and fresh, it feels like eating pasta. The overall food cooking combination is excellent and thoughtful, however the price is slightly expensive, special days may be considered again.
