Unique dim sum

📢 Calling all dim sum lovers! Situated in Hong Kong Science Park, @farmrestauranthk is not the easiest place to get to, but it’s definitely worth a visit for their unique dim sum and innovative twists on traditional asian dishes, all made from farm-to-table ingredients 🧑‍🌾 🔥𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 (𝐇𝐊𝐃 𝟐𝟑𝟖) - remember to get out your cameras, as the fatty char siu gets barbecued right before your eyes! The fire was a bit uncontrollable that the meat got a little charred, but still super juicy 🍍 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 (𝐇𝐊𝐃 𝟏𝟐𝟖) - the fire kept the rice inside nice and warm, while the vibrant tartness of the pineapple was really refreshing 🌈 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐰 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩 𝐃𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 (𝐇𝐊𝐃 𝟓𝟖) - super stellar with gold foil and colorful hues - quite impressed by how heavily stuffed with shrimp each dumpling was! 🐔 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 (𝐇𝐊𝐃 𝟕𝟖) - absolutely adored the aromatic coconut chicken soup in a teapot despite it not being the most convenient when you want to slurp up everything in one go 🐮𝐇𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐥𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐧 (𝐇𝐊𝐃 𝟒𝟗) - we had so much fun making the cute cows have a ‘nosebleed’ 🦪 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐀𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 (𝐇𝐊𝐃 𝟖𝟖) - The chilled abalone was chewy while squeezing the lemon juice enhanced the briny flavour 🦑 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝 (𝐇𝐊𝐃 𝟖𝟖) - a bit spicy but really interesting presentation ✨ 𝙁𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 @𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚.𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨.𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬𝙨 📍 Farm Restaurant Shop S401A, G/F, Lakeside 2, 10 Science Park West Avenue, Phase 2, Hong Kong Science Park, Pak Shek Kok, Sha Tin #foodie #hk
