Satisfactory stay at Courtyard by Marriott Shatin

The Courtyard by Marriott in Shatin, Hong Kong, is the lowest level hotel opened by Marriott Bonvoy in Hong Kong. In other words, the service, quality and treatment are all satisfactory. The hotel is located in Shatin, New Territories, Hong Kong. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport, or you can take the airport bus A41P line to arrive within 40 minutes. The hotel also provides free shuttle bus service between Shatin New Town Plaza and Kowloon, but the service is currently suspended. This time, I was fortunate enough to become a trip.com tester and stayed in a river view twin room for one night. The room type I booked includes breakfast for two adults, and you can enjoy a buffet breakfast at Momo Café on the 2nd floor from 6:30 to 10:30 in the morning. We arrived at the hotel at 5pm. The lady at the front desk swiped the pre-authorization card and gave me the room card. I was given a twin room on the 12th floor with a view of the building and the city gate river. The hotel has a nice appearance and stands out among the Shek Mun Industrial Area in Shatin. The Courtyard logo can be seen from a distance. Although the location is Shatin, it is actually on the edge of Shatin. The nearest MTR station is Shek Mun Station, which is an 8-minute walk away. The room is about 30 square meters and very clean. The twin beds are very comfortable, the bathroom only has a shower, and the toiletries are in large bottles. The gym and outdoor swimming pool are located on the 3rd floor. Please note that the swimming pool is not open from November to April. The quality of breakfast at Momo Café on the second floor is very good, and the noodles cooked by the auntie are very delicious. During this stay, I found that there were many guests, many of whom were locals. This may be due to the hotel's low pricing and its location away from popular places.
