The Wisdom Path 

The Wisdom Path is located at the foot of Lantau Peak, the tallest mountain in Hong Kong. It’s a great hiking path with tranquil scenery along the way. At the end, you will see the wooden pillars engraved with Heart Sutra in Chinese characters, and also the magnificent Taiyu mountain view. I enjoyed the short walk here, highly recommended if you visit the Giant Buddha and Po Lin Monastery. Just follow the direction, it’s easy to find. I went in autumn; the weather was perfect and not too hot. If you visit in summer, please remember to bring a hat, umbrella, and sunglasses. How To Get There: From Po Lin Monastery, follow the sign to the Tea Garden entrance and then walk along the hiking trail for 15 minutes. Ambience/Facilities: 8/10 Rating: 4/5
