An excellent place for an afternoon tea gathering. The teaset portion is reasonable and you must request seating at the windows table (booth) to enjoy the Vitoria Habour from 102 floors height. Make sure you visit the washroom before leaving, you can see sunset in the washroom lounge, what a surprise! #消費券攻略
