𓆱 𓆱 After the new renovation, APM in Kwun Tong introduced many famous brands. This time we will introduce il FORNO del MIGNON, a croissant specialty shop from Fukuoka. With mini handmade croissants as its signature product, it has been a popular store with long queues for 26 years and sells 10 million croissants a year. The dough for all croissants at FORNO del MIGNON in Hong Kong is sent directly from Japan. It has a softer texture and contains less fat than ordinary croissants, making it lighter to eat. Hong Kong Point offers four popular flavors: 𓆪 Original flavor ($13/3 pieces) 𓆪 Mentaiko ($18/3 pieces) 𓆪 Chocolate ($17/3 pieces) 𓆪 Sweet potato ($18/3 pieces) Personally, I prefer the salty and fragrant taste of Mentaiko. In addition, the sweet potato flavor is a limited flavor in Japan during autumn, but the Hong Kong store offers it all year round, so Hong Kong people are in for a treat. Another thing that is unique to the Hong Kong store is the coffee. We specially bring you Japanese charcoal roasted coffee made by Japanese baristas using 90% Arabica, mixed with Columbia, Brazil and Guatemala coffee beans, with a caramelized and dark roasted taste.
