The outer layer has a bean curd-like texture, while the inner filling is stir-fried cabbage with egg. The overall flavor is quite rich. 𖦹 FireBird Specialty: Heavyweight Flame-Roasted Whole Chicken Thigh This one is perfectly crispy with a hint of char. The chicken thigh is not tough and is cooked to perfection. 𖦹 Inaniwa Udon with Snow Crab Meat +$40 The presentation is exquisite, the udon is very smooth, and the crab meat is very fragrant. The broth is the real kicker; it's a must-try. 𖦹 Raindrop Cake (Soybean Flour & Black Honey) (2 pieces) The crystal-clear appearance is like jelly, and the sweet and fragrant flavor is excellent. 𖦹 Thick-Grilled Tamagoyaki $38 A must-try for tamagoyaki lovers.
