Inspiration Lake

#hkonbudget i stumbled upon Inspiration Lake after visiting Lantau Island, and it became one of the highlights of my trip. It’s incredibly spacious, with wide green lawns where you can lay down a mat and enjoy the afternoon breeze. The jogging track is well maintained, making it a great spot for fitness lovers. You can also rent pedal boats at a reasonable price, but simply walking around the lake and enjoying the fountains costs nothing. It’s rare to find such a big, open, and free recreational area in Hong Kong. Definitely worth the detour. #hkonbudget
