FINDS is a Nordic restaurant that offers a variety of Nordic-style family-style packages. Most of the seasonal ingredients and seafood of the dish are imported directly from Northern Europe, using traditional Nordic cooking techniques such as smoking, pickling, vinegar and fermentation to bring out the most earthy and delicate flavors of the food. This time I tried the breakfast included in this hotel staycation package, the bacon was salty but acceptable, the croissants were very tasty, different from the usual bakery taste, especially fluffy. The tomatoes may not be local tomatoes, rather sweet, the sausage is also very tasty, the scrambled eggs are a simple dish, however the color shows the chef's effort, with the comfortable seating, very enjoyable breakfast.
