First, some two cocktails🍹, A Wild Harmony is based on Highland Park 18-year-old Viking Pride whiskey, blended with Scamozza cheese, cognac, bread wine, sunflower seeds, bananas, spices, beeswax and milk foam, and finally smoked with apple wood chips. The first cocktail features the savory aroma of Scamozza cheese into the bottle early, bringing out the smoky feel of the whiskey as the main note, with sweet bananas and spices to balance the overall taste and mouthfeel. Mushroom Head🍹 Made with Highland Park 18-year-old Viking Pride whiskey, a blend of soy sauce caramel absinthe and fermented mushrooms. The cocktail starts with fruity notes from the Viking Pride whiskey and a slight sweetness of honey, followed by soy sauce caramel vermouth to balance the bittersweetness of the body. Finally, garnish with dried mushrooms to add a touch of playfulness. Both cocktails are very tasty, paired with Ami and Wood Ear's Michelin-starred French executive chef Nicolas Boutin's ingenious wine snacks, is definitely the best The Happy Hour this evening🥳🥳🥳 French ham and cheese sandwich The classic French sandwich, handcrafted with rich Swiss cheese and ham, the rich and round mouthfeel and aroma of the cheese best match the whiskey, its savory flavor brings out the natural peat and smoky flavor of Highland Park whiskey.
