The most authentic old Hong Kong flavor at Wing Nin

I've always loved eating at Wing Nin because their cart noodles have such rich flavors🍜~ Now there's a branch in the North District, located inside the revitalized heritage Luen Wo Hui Market🛒~ The design has a strong retro vibe, and there's even a cart noodle cart! After eating noodles, you can also visit and join activities📸~ When it comes to food, my mom usually just says yes to anything🤷♀️~ The best thing here is to order a large bowl of noodles for her, no need to think about anything💯~ It comes with all her favorite toppings~ For example, large intestines, pig's blood🐷, wing tips, etc., and you can choose between spicy mala or curry spicy flavor🌶~ I like to pick my own toppings because the portions are bigger when you choose yourself😋~ My favorites are pig's blood and radish🥕, I always order them~ This time I also added chicken wings and crab roe balls🍡, the bowl was full of toppings~ If you order other dishes with noodles, it’s a bit cheaper🥬~ But since they don’t have fermented bean curd water spinach, I ordered it separately👌~ The sauce is really generously applied, and if you’re worried about it being too salty, you can ask for less sauce~ Today I suddenly craved fried fish skin🐟, so I ordered a plate separately~ The portion was quite large😍, and it was super crispy~ It’s really great to dip it into the soup and eat it👍~ You can also order drinks at a discount with your meal.
