This Japanese restaurant located in Tsim Sha Tsui has always been one of my favorites, perfect for someone like me who loves sukiyaki. I purposely avoided peak hours to enjoy my meal. The restaurant specializes in Kansai-style sukiyaki, using Japanese A4 Black Wagyu beef, with various types and portion sizes available, very thoughtful💕 The set meals include appetizers, assorted wild vegetables, Ran-Oh egg, Japanese rice or Sanuki udon, and dessert, with no service charge all day, truly great value, no wonder it’s so popular👍🏻 Additionally, complete designated tasks to get a free draft beer or a portion of lean Wagyu beef🤩 . 🔹Premium Lean Sukiyaki Set (Regular 120g $168) 🔸Japanese Black Wagyu Chuck Tender Sukiyaki Set (Large 180g $258) . Lean beef🐂 has less marbling, feels light, but the meat flavor is rich and fragrant, and the texture is tender and delicate. Paired with Japanese Ran-Oh egg yolk, it’s even smoother and more delicious✨ . The Japanese Black Wagyu Chuck Tender🐂 is a rare cut, only 1% of Wagyu, so it’s precious and limited to 18 servings daily. The chuck tender has a rich meat flavor, tender texture, and juicy, with fine marbling that isn’t overly greasy, allowing you to enjoy the unique flavor of lean meat, making it love at first bite. Also served with Ran-Oh egg for extra deliciousness💕 . The set is very generous, with two appetizers that are refreshing and appetizing. The assorted wild vegetables🥗 include tofu, tofu skin, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, green onions, and other fresh vegetables. You can choose between Sanuki udon or rice; I personally prefer the udon🍜, which is chewy and absorbs the rich broth beautifully.
