It looks upscale, but the prices are quite reasonable, and you can enjoy a view of Victoria Harbour! I ordered three dishes and a dessert. First came a basket of bread, served with pesto, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, or tomato sauce. The Spaghetti 🍝 Vongole had a fresh and sweet seafood flavor from the clams, without any fishy taste, and a subtle aroma of white wine. The addition of herbs 🌿 not only served as decoration but also added a refreshing fragrance. Overall, the dish was light and not greasy. The San Daniele Ham Dok Pizza 🍕 featured tender, sinew-free ham with a delicate texture. It had a stronger, sweeter flavor compared to Parma ham, with a lingering aftertaste. Additionally, San Daniele Ham is produced by fewer manufacturers than Parma Ham, making it rare in Hong Kong. No wonder this pizza is the chef's 🧑🍳 recommendation! The Sustainable Norwegian Salmon Steak had crispy pan-seared skin and was beautifully plated. The fried leeks were aromatic, and the diced tomatoes 🍅 added a refreshing touch to the overall flavor.
