Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery

Man Fat Tsz, also known as the Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery, is located in Sha Tin and is surrounded by over 13,000 Buddha statues. This monastery is truly vast. Visitors need to hike up a hill and climb more than 400 steps to reach the main temple, which houses significant Buddha statues. Along the way, various Buddha statues in different poses guide the path, and each pose is unique, living up to its reputation. The site also features a nine-story Chinese pagoda for worship. The area is spacious, offering beautiful and serene views. There are souvenir shops and amulet stores available. 🏖️ Environment/Facilities: You can reach the monastery via the East Rail Line of the MTR, which takes approximately 20 minutes if traveling from Tsim Sha Tsui.
