Paired with fresh, hot pita bread with a crispy crust, this appetizer has more layers of flavor. Busterma Platter - Air-dried Beef Platter Cheese Sambousek - Cheese Fried Dumplings At first, we thought it was Nepalese dumplings. The outer layer is golden and crispy, with hot, tender, slightly salty cheese oozing out. Served with mint yogurt sauce, it’s refreshing and delicious~ Lemon Garlic Shrimp The large shrimp is bouncy and sweet, infused with the aroma of garlic and lemon. Olive oil and cilantro add a Mediterranean flair to this dish~ Mashawy - Grilled Chicken, Beef, and Lamb Skewers & Shakriya (Chicken with rice and yogurt) The skewers are rich in Mediterranean spices.
