Spent a relaxing staycation at the Gold Coast Hotel 😎, strolling around to soak in the holiday vibes. While there, I decided to find a nice restaurant nearby to satisfy my cravings and chose this Japanese-style decorated restaurant 🇯🇵. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes with beautifully presented photos—everything looked so tempting that I wanted to try them all! So, I ordered several dishes to share 🤭🤭. ✨ Kagoshima Black Wagyu Beef Set Meal $128 🍱 The set meal was quite hearty, including the main dish 🥢, two cold appetizers, seaweed miso soup, and white rice 🍚. The Japanese black wagyu beef was tender and flavorful 🐂, perfectly paired with the side salad for an unbeatable taste 🤘🏻🤘🏻. ✨ Japanese-Style Fried Chicken Combo +$42 This included two pieces of fried chicken and two whole chicken wings 😍😍. The frying was spot-on—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not greasy at all!! ✨ Iced Matcha Cream Latte +$25 Rich and aromatic matcha latte 🍵 topped with a thick layer of solid cream! Not overly sweet or cloying—definitely a high-quality drink 💚💚. ✨ Salt-Grilled Mackerel Set Meal $108 The mackerel was grilled to a golden, fragrant perfection 🔥. The fish oil was fully rendered, yet the meat remained tender. Pairing the fish with grated radish dipped in soy sauce helped cut through the richness 🫰🏻. ✨ Fried Dumplings +$25 Thin-skinned and generously filled! A solid performance 👌🏻👌🏻. ✨ Hot Foam Coffee +$20 The coffee had just the right strength ☕, perfectly balanced with the creamy foam. ✨ Sake-Steamed Clams $68 Each clam was plump and juicy 💦, with no sand at all! The sake enhanced their natural sweetness and flavor 😘😘. ✨ Fried Pumpkin Croquettes $35 Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻! The seasonal soft serve flavor was Yubari melon 🍈, sweet and delightful. It was layered with red bean paste, large mochi balls, matcha jelly, and more!
