For the beef cubes, if you prefer them softer, I suggest cooking them a bit longer. Initially, I thought a slightly longer cook time than usual would suffice, but I accidentally left one cube in the pot for too long, and it turned out even softer and more tender 🙂↕️. The Truffle Cheese-filled Cuttlefish Balls are hand-made, making them extra bouncy. The truffle is perfectly blended into the cuttlefish ball, creating a harmonious and aromatic flavor. The pork has a rich flavor without any unpleasant porky smell 🐷. The coconut soup base adds a sweet aftertaste to the dish. The Xiang Xiang Palace Crispy Rolls Platter comes in two flavors: original and salted egg yolk 🤤. The salted egg yolk version is particularly special, with a generous coating of salted egg yolk on top. It’s not overly greasy but adds layers of flavor and texture. The Crispy Fried Black Truffle Luncheon Meat is served hot and can be eaten directly or cooked in the hot pot 🍲. It’s incredibly crispy, and the luncheon meat contains real meat fibers, showing its quality. The black truffle flavor is rich and elevates the dish. It’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed a meal this much. Pairing it with draft beer made it even better—one word, refreshing!
