This time, I found their collaboration ice cream with the local sauce giant "Lee Kum Kee"! This collaboration features two different ice creams: one is the "Rich Bean Flavor" oyster sauce vanilla ice cream, and the other is the "Chao Lime Spicy," made with Chaozhou spicy oil. I got to try the latter first 🤯 This Chaozhou chili oil ice cream is not just spicy: it also has texture!
