Second visit to a skewer restaurant in Causeway Bay

I visited once before and found that there were plenty of food options. There were many dishes I wanted to try but didn’t get the chance to, so I decided to come back for another meal 🍽️. This time, I focused on trying skewers I hadn’t tasted before. Caramelized eel cheese 🧀 tamago: The caramel was perfectly crispy and sweet, pairing wonderfully with the eel. The tamago was moist, and the eel had a soft texture. Saucy minced chicken cartilage stuffed mushrooms: The minced chicken 🍗 was tender, complemented by the crunchy cartilage, creating a rich texture. Korean-style spicy grilled beef ribs: Neither tough nor chewy, the beef was well-marinated and slightly spicy. As the name suggests, it was incredibly flavorful. Salt-grilled beef tongue with black pepper: The medium-cut tongue had a springy and chewy texture. Fukuoka-style miso pork: Sweet and savory without being greasy, the lean meat was tender yet slightly crispy, offering a delightful chew with a hint of miso flavor. Thai-style pork neck: Exceptionally soft and bouncy, paired with homemade tangy and spicy sauce, it was refreshing. Saucy chewy rice cake rolls: Soft and glutinous. Garlic butter clams: The addition of lemon 🍋 made the dish light and refreshing rather than greasy. The accompanying garlic bread was a pleasant surprise—crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with a strong garlic flavor. Cheesy garlic butter baked mixed mushrooms: Loaded with garlic and cheese 🧀, creating a gooey, indulgent experience. The two drinks were delightful. The lime 🍋🟩 pineapple 🍍 soda was tangy and sweet, perfect for quenching thirst. Most importantly, it was made with real fruit and pulp, not syrup.
