A Lifetime of Ramen (Kowloon Bay Branch) Address - Shop 121, G/F, Telford Plaza, 3 Ngau Tau Kok Road, Kowloon Bay Japanese ramen is very famous, and the owner is truly passionate about making noodles. They are also incredibly kind and caring towards students and children! Located in a small shopping mall, the shop has limited seating, so I’ve passed by several times without getting the chance to support them. Today, I was lucky to find a seat early in the day. I tried the white pork bone broth ramen, and the noodles had a great elastic texture—I loved it! The toppings included Japanese-style char siu and a delicious egg, which is a must-add. The salt-flavored chicken broth ramen is a limited-time offering. Don’t miss out—try it while you can! It comes with slow-cooked char siu, egg, and bamboo shoots. There’s a generous amount of bamboo shoots, haha. For snacks, the takoyaki is delightful—perfect for popping into your mouth in one bite!
