Airside Cafe (3/F, Airside Shopping Centre, Kai Tak) Today the old Best treated me to a birthday dinner, came to this cafe with a good atmosphere. Lunch sets have 2 degree dishes (starter + main course) and 3 degree dishes options (starter main course dessert), we each ordered 2 degree dishes lunch share to eat. The starter is 2 oysters, sprinkled with the chef's homemade sauce, very fresh and tasty, adding new life to ordinary oysters like this 🦪🦪😋. Another fresh crabmeat crab cake, lots of crabmeat is quite good. Then the main course was a three-yellow chicken pasta, the chicken was fried to crispy skin and tender meat, the pasta was dipped in sour cream sauce, the taste was quite fresh. Prawn spaghetti with Italian zucchini and bamboo shoots, the noodles are smooth and bouncy, a few white slices of fried cheese on the plate, super crispy, praise. 👍 Overall, this dining experience was quite satisfactory, visually local and foreign waiters accounted for half each, all polite, smiling, will automatically come over to pour water and collect plates, proactively ask customers what they need and so on.
