Crooked Hill⛰️, as the name suggests, is shaped like a giant python sitting and lying in Sai Kung, the fourth section of the MacLehose Trail. Not only that, its route is also full of twists and turns, up and down, up and down again. I am very familiar with Bend Mountain. I have walked through it in all seasons. 🌸In spring, the trees and grass of Bent Mountain are all dressed in green. Walking along the road, you can see some small flowers in full bloom. Although they are not everywhere, they are more precious and add a little color to Bent Mountain. When the weather is clear and the wind is right, you can see many paragliders flying in the sky🪂, which is a unique experience. 🌱Summer is the time to see the bluest blue sea, but it requires a lot of physical strength, and the high temperature is easy to get heatstroke, so if the weather is too hot and the temperature is too high, it is not recommended to come to Bend Mountain. The route is not easy, safety first. Occasionally when the temperature is low, I will come to Bend Mountain to watch the sunset. The sunset here is incomparably beautiful. 🍂In autumn and winter, the grass on the mountain turns yellow. But autumn and winter are the best seasons for hiking. Don't miss the opportunity to hike at this time! 🍂🍂 🌟Safety always comes first when hiking. 🌟There are no supplies on the Bend Mountain, so you need to bring enough water, dry food, jackets, sunglasses🕶️, whistles for help, and wear comfortable hiking shoes. 🌟No matter which route you take to retreat from Bend Mountain, it takes about the same amount of time, so plan which route you will take in advance. Take bus 99 Heng On - Sai Kung direction and get off at Shui Lang Wo Station. Walk forward to Kei Ling Ha BBQ Site and start walking on MacLehose Trail Section 4 Take bus 299X Sai Kung-Shatin direction and get off at Shui Lang Wo Station (after getting off, walk in the opposite direction to Sai Kung) and walk to Kei Ling Ha BBQ Site and start walking along MacLehose Trail Section 4. Take bus 299X from Shatin to Sai Kung and get off at Shui Lang Wo Station. Walk forward to Kei Ling Ha BBQ Site and start walking on MacLehose Trail Section 4. 🌟There is a public toilet in Shuilangwo. It is the only toilet at the starting point.
