Needle Mountain

#Hiking route recommendation The Needle Mountain is 532 meters high and is named for its sharp edge. Take minibus No. 82 from Tsuen Wan to Pineapple Dam at Shing Mun Reservoir, follow the road to the main dam, cross the main dam, find the entrance to Section 7 of the MacLehose Trail, and start climbing the stairs. There are many steps and little flat ground to serve as a buffer. You can stop and rest or sit on the ground when you are tired. Don’t forget to look back, because the beautiful scenery will inspire you to continue climbing: the scenery is higher. At the top of the mountain, there is a 360-degree view. The whole view of Shing Mun Reservoir is in full view; Tai Mo Shan, Grass Hill and Lion Rock are all in sight; you can also enjoy the scenery of Tsuen Wan, Tai Wai and Sha Tin towns.
