Gourmet exploration at Hong Kong Airport! I tried Pidansu

I took advantage of my layover time at Hong Kong Airport to try a variety of delicious foods! First, I recommend the 黯蘭销魂饭 that my friend ordered at Minhua Ice Cream Shop (near Gate 24). The other menu items were not very tasty, so choose carefully. Next, I had a salmon and sweet shrimp bowl at sushi taka, which is on the same floor as Disney. The cost performance is very good, the ingredients are fresh, and the portion is just right for women, but it may be a little unsatisfying for men. Next, I tried the double chocolate cookie at maison kayser near Gate 26. The cookie is large, has lots of chocolate and lots of nuts, but it was disappointing that the nuts tasted a little old and oily. It might be a good idea to try the flavor without nuts. Then, I tried the cheese egg tart at Egg King, also near Gate 26. It was similar to the cheese tart at Pao Shifu, and was delicious but not amazing. If you have a craving for egg tart during your layover, be sure to give it a try. Finally, I bought some Pidansu and Cha Shao Su at Heng Hua Bun House (I think that was the name). The Pidansu was like a peanut butter-wrapped pidan, and the taste of the pidan wasn't very strong, but overall it didn't taste strange and it wasn't a disappointment.
