Sweet and Love @Baker’s Moment

Last week, several members of Tiao Leng celebrated Master Shen’s birthday! Everyone was in high spirits and the atmosphere was extremely high that night. The birthday cake also played a very important role, so this time we chose a product from a newly opened Cake Shop. Baker's Moment is located in Prince Edward Pioneer Centre and is very conveniently located! The store has no fancy decoration but is simple and comfortable. I heard that the bakery is run by a French Le Cordon Bleu chef! The price is very affordable. I was very surprised that the dessert was already on sale for $18. For Master Shen’s birthday cake, I decided to go with the Coffee Chocolate Crunchy Black Sesame Cake $228. At the same time, I saw the small desserts in the bakery which were very attractive. I couldn’t help but pick three more to take home and enjoy them slowly. This coffee black sesame chocolate crispy cake looks very stylish! The cream is smooth but not too sweet and is very pleasing to the eye. It is filled with the well-balanced aroma of coffee and black sesame. The cake layers are more solid and have a better texture than the soft cake. There are also a lot of crispy chocolates that add a surprise to the meal. The taste is very unique and is very suitable for the manly Master Shen. The other three small cakes were sweetly shared with Dad Che! He first chose his favorite Citron Tart $38. The tart base was crispy enough and the lemon filling inside was very delicately sweet and sour, which was definitely sweet but not greasy. Rassion Apricot & Chocolate Mousse $38! The soft sour jelly is wrapped with chocolate mousse on the outside, and the sweet and sour apricot peel is mixed in the inside. The sweet and sour taste is very enjoyable to eat. As a chocolate lover, I also chose this super value Cacao Cake for $18! The cocoa bean shape is very lifelike, the cake inside is just the right amount of moistness, soft and delicious, and contains rich chocolate filling. The details are very well done. I think it’s a great deal to be able to taste French Cordon Bleu desserts at such an affordable price! Recommended to those who pursue desserts with warmth and detail.
