M+ Museum of Visual Culture - Special Exhibition "Guo Pei: Artistic Imagination"

Appreciating the exquisitely crafted and gorgeous costumes 💗, I feel an indescribable emotion in my heart! M+ Museum of Visual Culture recently launched a new special exhibition "Guo Pei: Art and Imagination" 🫶🏻 exhibiting more than 40 original haute couture garments by the famous Chinese fashion artist Guo Pei 💗 Each piece is exquisitely crafted ~ Many designs combine Western tailoring with traditional Chinese embroidery techniques, which makes people's eyes light up ~ Master Guo Pei is one of the first contemporary fashion designers in China 💗 After nearly 40 years of design career, she has created many amazing series over the years, including "Yellow Queen" which American Queen Rihanna once wore at a charity dinner ✨ It made her stand firmly on the international stage 🫶🏻 Since 2016, she has been invited to hold a release show at the Paris Haute Couture Week for 5 consecutive years ~ Every piece on display is very classic 💗 Including: the first haute couture masterpiece "Dajin" that took 50,000 hours to make, a series inspired by Baroque and Gothic architecture, and a three-dimensional dress with the theme of traditional Chinese blue and white porcelain... This is my favorite exhibition recently!
