A 4-star hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui that is absolutely worth it -- YMCA Hong Kong Hotel

#Sign up for November Hotel Test Sleeper The hotel is located at 41 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, close to the famous Nathan Road shopping district, facing the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Space Museum, Hong Kong Museum of Art, Clock Tower and Avenue of Stars. Next to it are The Peninsula Hotel and 1881. The hotel is about a 1-minute walk to the subway station and East Tsim Sha Tsui Station (Exit L3) of the East Rail Line, and 2 minutes to the Star Ferry Pier. It is in a prime location with very convenient transportation. The hotel reception is in the basement lobby, which is spacious and stylishly decorated. As the hotel belongs to the YMCA of Hong Kong, there are some religious decorations and some facilities in the hotel are for religious purposes! Check-in is simple, requiring only brief personal information and a $500 deposit to obtain a key card to access the room. This time I booked a cheaper single room. The space is a little smaller than other rooms but it is actually equivalent to a double room in a normal hotel. It is definitely enough for one person to stay in. It’s just that I can’t see the Victoria Harbour due to the orientation. Outside the window is the street view and the Peninsula Hotel next door. The basic facilities are all available, except for the lack of personal hygiene products due to the plastic-free policy. But the overall environment and quality are still very good!
