Every time I pass by Chan Peng Peng Chiu Chow Cuisine, it's always packed. Since it's still crab season, I decided to bring my family to enjoy some crabs 💗🦀 Of course, we couldn't miss out on trying the restaurant's various signature dishes, so we had a Chiu Chow style seafood feast. No service charge, great value 💗 Overall, the quality is high and the price-performance ratio is excellent 👍🏻 🦀 Oil and Salt Baked Crab The original flavor of the baked crab is amazing. As soon as you open the lid, the aroma of oil and salt hits you. Each bite of crab meat is firm, juicy, and incredibly fresh and sweet. 🦀 Steamed Hairy Crab Each crab weighs about 3.5-4 taels 💗 Freshly steamed and served hot. The roe is super rich and the taste is wonderfully fragrant 🤤 Highly recommended. 🐟 Pan-fried Golden Pomfret This dish won the 🥈 Hong Kong Chiu Chow Cuisine Silver Award. The golden pomfret is perfectly pan-fried, with crispy golden skin and tender, savory flesh 👍🏼 🦐 Seafood Claypot Congee One of the restaurant's signature dishes. Almost every table orders it! The portion is quite large, about 4-6 small bowls 😋 It’s packed with seafood, including shrimp, clams, and small oysters. Every bite is full of fresh flavor. 🦪 Nan'ao Oyster Omelette Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a great texture ☺️ The oysters are plentiful, large, and plump. Dip it in a bit of fish sauce for a savory and delicious taste. 🍐 Lotus Seed Stewed Pear A satisfying dessert to end the meal! The stewed pear is served cold, refreshing and light. 🍯 Taro Balls with Grass Jelly Lots of grass jelly, chewy and smooth.
